Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted on return of the product and subject to review by GIANT BARRY.
Refunds
We respond to inquiries individually, with the main objective being client satisfaction. We have confidence in our goods, which are thoroughly inspected to ensure that customers are completely satisfied with them. Every request will be handled fairly and sensibly. We think that when we treat our customers fairly and with respect, they will also treat us fairly and politely.
Refunds will not be given for:
- Obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Sale items
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
EXCHANGES: At this time, we don’t exchange orders placed online.
Exchanges for clothing are accepted within 7 business days after the delivery date you were notified of. Only undamaged and unused clothing may be exchanged. We won’t be able to complete your exchange as asked if the item arrives damaged. The full cost of shipping for the exchange is borne by the customer. DEFECTS: Throughout our quality control procedure, we thoroughly inspect each product multiple times because we want to get it right the first time. Please send us an email at info@giantbarry.com with your order number and a picture of the allegedly defective product if you believe you have received one, and we will discuss how to resolve the issue.
